Please read through all the vendor registration options for this year as there have been some changes, especially to sponsorship levels. This page describes the different details and the second page is the registration form. New for 2025! All Exhibitors who sign up for ILMA Conference by December 31st, 2024 will be automatically designated as a Bronze Level Sponsor. Read the Sponsorship section for benefits of a bronze level ($1000 value!)

Exhibitor

All Exhibitor registration includes a 8x8 foot wide table/booth space with skirted table, electricity and all program materials. Exhibitors will also receive a 2025 Corporate ILMA membership with their registration.

Conference includes: Tuesday breakfast, Exhibitor Reception, and Dinner Banquet and Wednesday Breakfast and Lunch.

____Non-Profit Booth (free): Includes free exhibit space, attendee has to register for conference.

____Late Fee ($100). All Exhibitor registration payments received after February 15th, 2025

Sponsor Levels

ILMA has revamped sponsorship levels for 2025 to bring more benefits to you as an exhibitor! Please read below for the various sponsorship levels. Sponsorship levels can include exhibitor and ad spaces so take note when figuring out your registration status. For example, if you sign up as a Bronze, Silver or Gold sponsor you do NOT need to sign up as exhibitor as it is included.

Program Advertising

Your ad will appear in the desired size within the Conference Program Agenda distributed to all Attendees.
