Exhibitor

All Exhibitor registration includes a 8x8 foot wide table/booth space with skirted table, electricity and all program materials. Exhibitors will also receive a 2026 Corporate ILMA membership with their registration. Conference includes: Tuesday breakfast, Exhibitor Reception, and Dinner Banquet and Wednesday Breakfast and Lunch.

____Additional Registrant ($250)

____Non-Profit Booth (free): Includes free exhibit space, attendee has to register for conference.

____Late Fee ($100). All Exhibitor registration payments received after January 15th, 2026

Sponsor Levels

Please read below for the various sponsorship levels. Sponsorship levels can include exhibitor and ad spaces so take note when figuring out your registration status. For example, if you sign up as a Bronze, Silver or Gold sponsor you do NOT need to sign up as exhibitor as it is included.

Program Advertising

Your ad will appear in the desired size within the Conference Program Agenda distributed to all Attendees.
